These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover access to THE Honest Elite cloud platform at checkout.thehonestelite.com and related services (the “Services”). Creating an account or buying a plan means you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
THE Honest Elite is a cloud membership SaaS with discovery and event tools, messaging and video features, and optional usage credits. You subscribe for ongoing access and may purchase credit packs for in-app capacity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your account details accurate and your login credentials private.
3. Accounts
One person or organization per account unless we agree otherwise. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, or use the Services unlawfully. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
4. Subscriptions
- Plans and prices are on our Pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime in account settings; access continues until the period ends.
- We may update features or pricing with notice; continued use after renewal means acceptance where the law allows.
5. Usage credits
Credits are prepaid units for tips, bookings, and other in-app actions. They work only inside THE Honest Elite, are non-transferable except where the law requires, and may expire under rules shown at purchase or in the product.
6. Payments
Purchases on this site use Stripe Checkout. Buying a plan or credit pack authorizes the charge, including applicable taxes. Failed payments may pause access until resolved.
7. Refunds
Refund rules are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights
- Harass, exploit, or harm others
- Hack, scrape, or disrupt the Services
- Upload malware or abuse billing systems
- Resell or sublicense the Services without written permission
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Services, branding, and software. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services while your account is active, under these Terms.
10. User content
You keep rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, display, and process it as needed to run the platform. You confirm you have the rights to share that content.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HONEST ELITE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Sections that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Material changes take effect on the stated date; continued use after that date means acceptance where allowed.
